HOW TO CREATE A VIRTUAL DRIVE IN WINDOWS XP

Windows XP gives you the provision to create virtual drives for your
folders on other drives/partitions. Below is the complete command to be
followed,
subst D: C:\pathtomaptoddrive
In the above command line, subst is the Windows Command which is followed by the Drive Letter to be used as virtual drive and the Folder path is the path to the folder which you want to create a virtual drive.
subst {drive letter to be used} {path of the folder}
