HOW TO REMOVE TEXT FORMATTING IN WORD 2007 DOCUMENT

How to remove text formatting in Word 2007?
- Select the text that you want to removing the formatting on.
- Go to the Home ribbon at the top menu.
- You will see the styles available. Press the drop down menu arrow. See the screenshot below.
Here’s the results after clearing the text formatting. The text has been changed to the normal default text for the document. Now it is free for me to edit further to suit the rest of the document.
Keyboard shortcut to remove text formatting in Word 2003 and Word 2007.
Press CTRL SHIFT Z to remove all formatting from the text you have selected.
