just open CMD PROMPT and type as shown below

C:/ net user username newpassword

Note:where username is your account username

for example.

If your friend's username is Ravi, and you want to change itz password to Tiwari

Type as shown below:

C:/net user Raju spyker

Tiwari is the newpassword

You have successfully changed your friendz password to "Tiwari"

If you are the admin of pc then go to CMD prompt and type

here you can change the password
