Only MALE CANDIDATES who meet the following criteria,Should be MBA graduate from chennai only.
Should have scored above 60% marks in any two out of the 3 basic examinations which are SSLC, Higher secondary and Graduation. (Marks in Post Graduation will not be considered for the 60% criteria)
After 3 months of training, there will be an evaluation.The candidates who are successful in the evaluation will be posted as Asst. Managers in Reliance Fresh outlets.
Those who are not successful will be given extension of training for two weeks. Even after the extension, if they fail to qualify in the evaluation, they will be asked to leave the organisation.
